Guided Meditation Online as a service allows you to receive the benefits of meditation from a distance. At the start of your reservation, I will call you at the phone number provided in your account with the Body Smirks scheduling system. The clients that have received guided meditation over the phone from me say that it feels as if they are receiving the service in person. I utilize communication and breathing techniques as well as intuition for the service. No prior information is required to receive the work. If you have a focus, you are welcome to share what it is. Most of my clients prefer purely intuitive services from me. This allows you to know that I'm not just going off of what you are telling me.
