Cancellation/No Show Policy

In order for Body Smirks to continue to offer great services at reasonable prices, please cancel online in your account by logging in Here prior to 48 hours’ before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow us the necessary time to reserve someone else in your spot. We do not want to charge fees just to charge them, however it is necessary to remain in operation. Alternatives to the fee for cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment start time or no show are listed below.
48 To 24 Hours Prior To Reservation Time Cancellation Fee = 50% of Service Amount
Within 24 Hours Of Reservation Time Cancellation/No Show Fee = 100% Of The Service Amount
Acceptable Alternatives To The Cancellation Fee:
1. If you are contagious, have an active form of malignant cancer, or other total contraindications for in-person practices such as Massage Therapy. A doctor's note for illnesses, etc or supporting document which has your name and positive test results for an infection or other condition is required within 24 hours of the time of your cancellation/reschedule. A negative test result will be required to resume services. Please Note: Areas for local contraindications can be avoided during the service while the rest of the body is focused.
2. During times of high allergens that potentially impact the immune system putting you at risk for high infectious counts such as Covid or the Flu, please follow CDC guidelines such as wearing a mask even if you are vaccinated to reduce risk.
3. An in-person service is changed to a long distance service, completed, and performed by the same provider such as for Tarot Readings, Reiki, Self Defense, Guided Meditation, and Professional Consultations. 4. Someone attends in your place to cover the reservation time at their appropriate rate.
5. A pre-paid credit or member credit can be used to cover the fee.
6. Clients following the 31 day protocols for at least 6 months without last minute cancellations or no shows can submit 1 request to waive the policy fee.
All other Cancellations/No Shows within the protocol time frames outside of the acceptable alternatives will be charged accordingly to the card on file or other provided payment method. No refunds on cancellation/no show charges, pre-paid sessions, or member credits. Any unpaid accounts will not be able to reserve future sessions. Please know that these fees are necessary to continue providing Body Smirks' services at an affordable rate.
All Body Smirks Providers will abide by these protocols as well if a cancellation needs to occur from the Provider to a client and services requested are unable to be performed by another Provider. In the event that a Provider needs to cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour time frame of a clients reservation and no other Provider is available, they will provide the appropriate discount or alternative as stated above to the affected client(s).
