In order for Body Smirks to continue to offer great services at reasonable prices, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, changes, or modifications. Please cancel online in your account by logging in Here at least24 hours’ prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow us to reserve someone else in your spot.
Day Before Cancelation Fee = 50% of Service Amount Same Day Cancelation/No ShowFee = 100% Of The Service Amount
Acceptable Alternatives To The 24 Hour Cancelation Fee: 1. If you are contagious, have an active form of malignant cancer, or other total contraindications for in-person practices such as Massage Therapy, please be prepared to provide a doctor's note or supporting document at the time of your cancelation/reschedule. Areas for local contraindications can be avoided during the service while the rest of the body is focused. 2. An in-person service is changed to a virtual service, completed, and performed by the same provider. 3. Someone attends in your place to cover the reservation time at their appropriate rate. 4. A pre-paid credit or member credit can be used to cover the fee.
All other Cancelations/No Shows within the 24 hour protocol outside of the acceptable alternatives will be charged accordingly. No refunds on cancelation/no show charges, pre-paid sessions, or member credits. Any unpaid accounts will not be able to reserve future sessions. Please know that this fee is necessary to continue providing Body Smirks' services at an affordable rate.
All Body Smirks Providers will abide by these protocols as well if a cancellation needs to occur from the Provider to a client and services requested are unable to be performed by another Provider. In the event that a Provider needs to cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour time frame of a clients reservation and no other Provider is available, they will provide the appropriate discount or alternative as stated above to the affected client(s).
