3. If needed, reschedule as soon as possible or at least 24 hours prior to your session start time. Same day cancellations are a 50% session time charge payable through CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Facebook Pay, Samsung Pay, or GPay. No shows are a full appointment time charge. Accounts will be flagged in the system removing the option for scheduling until payment for the same day cancellation or no show is made.
4. Research the benefits of massage as well as client testimonial or on the site you found me on.
5. Password Reset: If you forget your password to login, the system provides a password reset option on the login screen you are about to see. Please do not create multiple accounts. If I create an account for you, the same applies for the email we put on file for you.

Since many people have reached out pertaining to COVID-19, I wanted to update everyone that Body Smirks is still in operation for services. As a Licensed Massage Therapist approved by the Texas Department of State Health Services, the services that I provide are considered a medical appointment. I am legally able to work with prescriptions given by doctors as well as physical and mental health conditions. The COVID-19 protocols have not required me to stop my services. I am required to turn away anyone who is sick or shows signs and symptoms of being contagious such as having colored mucous or a fever. If you believe that you may be sick, it's best to reschedule the appointment so I can protect myself and my other clients. In addition, my linens and frequently touched surfaces are being sanitized. Please fill out the Questionnaire prior to your session start time.
For anyone who is practicing self-quarantine protocols but is still interested in long distance services, I am Certified as a Reiki Master and able to provide distance reiki, guided meditation, or tarot readings over the phone. If you want to keep the appointment and change the service, you are able to do this manually through my online scheduling system. Its easiest to cancel the current appointment and schedule a new appointment with the new service type for the preferred time. In addition, there has been a large request about stress and pain management. I have been adding a large quantity of the stress and pain management products that I use for myself through the products tab of bodysmirks.com. I will continue to add more as time permits. I have the details broken down to help simplify the large amount of information that goes into my self care regimen. When you create an account in the system, it is important to have reminders and notifications turned on for session confirmations and reminders. If you do not see how to do this, send me a text or email with your first and last name and I will turn it on for you.
These instructions are vital to your experience. After you get to the GPS destination, use the additional instructions to find the exact location and building. I am always with a client, so I will most likely be unable to answer the phone. If you rely only on the address or GPS instructions, you will have a difficult time finding the exact location. Please follow the additional instructions that I have provided in the confirmation and reminder emails. They will guide you through the easiest route after using the GPS.
Rescheduling Protocol: If you need to reschedule, please do so as soon as possible. Even if you are only 30% sure you need to reschedule, cancel your existing reservation and create a new one using the online system. I can always use that time for someone else. As I expand to help more people, it is extremely important that last minute rescheduling does not happen. Not only do they hurt me and my business, they hurt the person that could have used that time, and they hurt my future employees. Please do not delay rescheduling. In addition to my email or text reminders, my regular clients keep a calendar of their scheduled sessions in order to set aside time for their session. These sessions are more than just a nice experience, they are a life-changing avenue to leading a better lifestyle.
