Yoga is commonly used for strengthening the body, increasing flexibility, improving balance, and positively influencing better posture. Since I do private yoga sessions, I customize the yoga positions according to the needs of each individual. I like to focus on Kundalini Yoga to help open and strengthen the chakras.
