As you feel the benefits of yoga, you experience more positive associations with it. When you receive great results from something, don't you tell others about it or even help them with the process? I know I do. This positivity spreads through the excitement expressed and shared between individuals. As you help yourself and receive positive results, you will be more inclined to help others do the same. It feels good to help others, especially when they express their appreciation. Help yourself to be better at helping others and help others to be better at helping yourself. Its a cycle of generated positivity that is sure to spread.
