Massage can help to stimulate or slow blood circulation. Either way, massage is able to help open the channels to provide the body better flow and in the blood. This improvement in blood flow allows oxygen to be distributed from the blood to the entire body. Oxygen distribution is only one aspect of the healing process. However, there are many more benefits of massage. Regular sessions can be a powerful source for good health that compliments nutrition and exercise. For me this isn't as much of a choice as it is a necessity. I consider this to be one significant aspect of my lifestyle.
